Three weeks of constant dieting. Barely eating foods I want, except for milk tea ( torture para sa akin pag wala to). And drink (yes drinking LITERS) of water everyday just to feel full and don't accept temptations of food. Here is my collar bone, waving "hi" to you. Woo! (ang saya ko seryoso!!)
Sorry for my pimple marks, loose sando, bra strap and chubby, circular face (but I have that COLGATE smile #conceited hahaha!). Yes I know, I'm blessed with these bone structures and circular face, that I find a hard time slimming it down even with constant dieting. So I research about some facial exercises to help me with my problem area, thank you Youtube for supporting me with in losing my facial fat.
'O' Facial Exercise
This is one of the time-tested exercises to consider when eager to lose facial fat. In this exercise all you have to do is open your mouth to form the sound “E”. Keep your jaws wide then change to the next position in which you should form the sound “O”. Repeat the exercise for at least 10-15 minutes.
I will be sorry if I will not try these facial exercises. And for those saying, I cannot lose weight, God bless you! Just drool and be jealous after I achieve my goal weight. :)
